At LS Silk, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and securely across Australia. All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse with full tracking for peace of mind.

Free Delivery

Enjoy complimentary tracked delivery on all Australian orders over $99.

Delivery Options (Australia)

  • Silky Smooth Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days): $6.99
  • Silk Express – Tracked Courier (1–3 Business Days): $9.99
  • Complimentary Silk Delivery (Over $99): Free tracked courier, 2–5 business days

We use trusted national courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location (for example, rural or remote areas may take slightly longer).

New Zealand & International Orders

We also ship internationally, including to New Zealand and select overseas destinations. Rates and delivery times vary based on location and parcel size. International shipping starts from $26.99 AUD, with free delivery for orders over $299 AUD.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 10am (AEST) are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 10am or on weekends will be sent the following business day.

Once your order has been collected by the courier, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel’s progress online.

Delivery Details

  • Please ensure your delivery information is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect addresses.
  • Once dispatched, your parcel is under the care of our courier partners. LS Silk is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery can be made to residential, business, or PO Box addresses within Australia.
  • If any part of your order is unavailable, we’ll contact you before shipping to confirm how you’d like to proceed.

Weekend & Public Holiday Deliveries

Please note, courier services do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 10am on Friday will be shipped the following Monday morning.
