We recommend getting in touch as soon as you’ve placed your order, before it has been prepared for dispatch.

Will My Items Arrive Together?

Most orders are packed and dispatched together.

Occasionally, if your selected items are stocked in different locations, your order may arrive in separate parcels from our Sydney and Auckland warehouses.

If this happens, we’ll provide tracking details for each shipment, and there will be no additional shipping charge.

Your parcels may arrive on different days, particularly when one is travelling from New Zealand.
